These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to Living Mind Practice ("LivingMind," "we," "us") at livingmindpractice.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. This is a plain-language, launch-safe version pending final review by counsel.

1. What we offer

LivingMind provides mindfulness education, guided practices, self-reflection tools, live and recorded classes, and coaching support. It is not medical care, mental-health care, psychotherapy, or emergency service. See our Educational & Wellness Disclaimer.

2. Accounts

You must be 16 or older. Keep your credentials secure and let us know at support@livingmindpractice.com of any unauthorized access.

3. Memberships & billing

• Memberships (Seeker, Pathfinder, Companion, Inner Circle) renew monthly at the stated rate until cancelled. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current period remains active.
• 1:1 sessions are one-time purchases.
• Prices are shown in USD and processed by Stripe.
• Refunds are considered case by case. Contact us within 7 days of a charge to request one.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, sell, or republish LivingMind content.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, entitlements, or security controls.
• Use the platform to harass or harm others.
• Use community features to provide medical, legal, or clinical advice.

5. Content ownership

All practices, meditations, letters, video, audio, and text on LivingMind are owned by Living Mind Practice or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Your membership grants a personal, non-transferable license to access this content for your own practice. You retain ownership of the reflections and notes you write; you grant us a limited license to store and display them as needed to operate the service.

6. AI voice agent (Dr. Gus)

The Dr. Gus voice conversation is an AI experience powered by ElevenLabs. It uses a coaching voice modeled on Dr. Gus and is not Dr. Gus in real time. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or crisis intervention. Do not rely on it for medical or emergency decisions.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to other users or the platform.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. LivingMind is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date; continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
