Certification & revenue share
Train, credential, and share in the platform.
LivingMind coaches train directly under Dr. Gus and senior faculty. Once credentialed, coaches earn a transparent share of revenue from the members and sessions they support.

The path
Five stages, clear requirements.
| Stage | Requirements | Revenue share |
|---|---|---|
| Applicant | Submit application, agree to code of conduct. | 0% |
| In Training | Coursework, supervised practice, 50 personal practice hours. | 0% |
| Approved Coach | Faculty sign-off, 10 supervised sessions, ethics review. | 20% subs · 40% live · 60% 1:1 |
| Senior Coach | 200+ session hours, peer reviews, ongoing CE. | 25% subs · 40% live · 60% 1:1 |
| Faculty | Training and supervising newer coaches, Dr. Gus invitation. | 30% subs · 40% live · 60% 1:1 |
Default percentages — Dr. Gus may adjust shares per scope and stage in the admin console.
How earnings work
Transparent, attributable, paid each period.
Member subscriptions
When a member you support is on a paid tier, a share of that subscription flows to you each period.
Live classes & circles
When you lead a class, a share of paid RSVPs is attributed to you.
1:1 coaching sessions
The majority share of each 1:1 booking goes to the coach who delivered it.
Each payout period the platform totals attributable revenue, applies your stage's share, and publishes a statement to your coach portal. Approved payouts are paid out by Dr. Gus's team and marked with a reference number.
